Software License Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of AIR (AI Intent Runtime), including the Visual Studio Code Extension, Browser Extension, MCP Server, desktop components, documentation, website, and related services (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TestMasterHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AIR solely for lawful software development, testing, automation, educational, and internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Software.

2. Ownership

AIR and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of TestMasterHub and its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Source code
• User interface
• Designs
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Documentation
• APIs
• Architecture
• Algorithms
• Generated metadata
• Branding

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install AIR on supported operating systems.
• Use AIR for commercial or personal software development.
• Use AIR for software testing and automation.
• Generate automation scripts using supported AI assistants.
• Configure AIR within your own development environment.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Redistribute proprietary components.
• Sell or sublicense the Software without written permission.
• Circumvent security mechanisms.
• Use AIR for unlawful activities.
• Misrepresent AIR as your own software.

5. AI Generated Content

AIR records interaction context and provides metadata intended for AI coding assistants.

Generated automation code is created by third-party AI models.

TestMasterHub makes no warranty regarding:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Security
• Performance
• Fitness of generated code

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, and maintaining generated automation scripts.

6. Third-Party Software

AIR integrates with third-party software including but not limited to:

• Visual Studio Code
• Playwright
• Chromium
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Gemini
• Cursor
• Windsurf
• Roo Code

These services remain subject to their own respective licenses and terms.

7. Updates

TestMasterHub may release updates, improvements, security fixes, and new features.

Some functionality may require upgrading to newer versions.

No obligation exists to continue supporting previous releases indefinitely.

8. Open Source Components

AIR includes or depends upon various open-source libraries.

Such components remain governed by their respective licenses.

Nothing in this Agreement overrides those licenses.

9. Support

Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

TestMasterHub does not guarantee:

• Response times
• Issue resolution
• Feature implementation
• Compatibility with every development environment

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTMASTERHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• RELIABILITY
• ACCURACY
• AVAILABILITY

USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESTMASTERHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF BUSINESS
• DATA LOSS
• INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TestMasterHub against any claims arising from:

• Your use of AIR
• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of applicable law
• Generated automation code
• Third-party integrations

13. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies under your control.

14. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

You may not use AIR where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TestMasterHub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TestMasterHub regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
